About Us

Dana is an operations and business advisory executive with over 9 years of international experience across Europe and Asia. She specialises in end-to-end real estate structuring and execution, guiding clients through smooth, compliant transactions in Indonesia, and has supported over USD 30 million in real estate transactions across the country.

Before founding DKConsulting, Dana built her career across both the public and private sectors, gaining early institutional and regulatory experience in Europe before leading APAC operations for multinational teams across Japan, Korea, China, and Southeast Asia. Upon returning to Indonesia, she served as Head of Operations at a real estate investment company, overseeing real estate related operations, advisory, and execution.

Dana holds a Master of Science in Business Management and Marketing from University College Cork, Ireland. She brings a global, systems-driven approach to her work, combining international standards with deep on-the-ground understanding of Indonesia’s regulatory and operational landscape.

Faris is an architect with over 13 years of professional experience delivering projects across national and multinational environments. His portfolio spans highly detailed hospitality projects across Bali, Lombok, Dubai, the Caribbean, and other international markets, as well as large-scale mixed-use and high-rise developments in Jakarta.

He is globally recognised for a narrative-driven design approach, with work featured across major international media platforms including Forbes, CNN International, CNBC, Business Insider, and The Sun UK, reflecting the global reach and relevance of his ideas. Faris’s work goes beyond aesthetics—it delivers meaning, provokes thought, and sparks dialogue, positioning architecture as a medium for cultural expression and environmental advocacy. This is an approach to meaningful design that challenges convention, inspires engagement, and dares to lead.
